Making an Attack

1. Attack roll (to see if you hit your target.

   1d20 + Your STR or DEX Modifier + Your Proficiency Bonus (if applicable)

2. Damage Roll (to see how much damage you do)

   Roll your weapon’s damage dice and then add your STR or DEX Modifier
